Last weekend I was lucky enough to go to a very dear friend’s wedding at the House of Commons. This very dear friend I knew for years at University and never knew her dad was a semi famous MP.
As you can imagine, the setting was glorious, the food delightful and the champayne all branded with “House of Commons”. The ceremony was in a beautiful chapel within the grounds with the reception in speaker’s hall and the evening party on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Thames and London Skyline.
A highlight for me on the day, was I got to take my very new, and very first designer dress out for the day and night. I have loved the design Duo Peter Pilotto since I first read an article on them in Elle Magazine several years ago. I have marvelled at their designs and prints every since, perusing the rails at Liberty’s longingly to visit the dresses and on and occasion ( or two, three, four) try these beautiful creations on.
Eventually, after a lot of saving, I became the proud owner of my very own Pilotto, after starking the brand on the Outnet for months. This is the dress below (with my gorgeous boy in a suit by Paul Smith). I’m simply in love. I love the colours, the fit, the uniqueness. Its a keeper.
Peter Pilotto is avaliable here at the Outnet, grab a bargain while you can!
